The Great Brain Robbery is the third quest in the Pirate series. Brother Tranquility on Mos Le'Harmless asks for help reclaiming Harmony Island from zombie pirates led by Mi-Gor, who have stolen the monks' brains. You first secure the windmill by pulling a statue, traversing an underwater tunnel (requiring Diving apparatus & Fishbowl helmet), repairing stairs, and peeking through a peephole. Next, retrieve a Prayer book from the Edgeville Monastery to dispel poison gas. To recruit Dr. Fenkenstrain for brain surgery, you must smuggle him off the mainland by crafting 10 Wooden cats (or buying them), building a decoy crate at his castle, and using a Wolf whistle obtained from Rufus in Canifis (charmed with Ring of Charos). Once Fenkenstrain arrives on Harmony, you gather surgical tools by killing 4 Sorebones (Level 57) in the island's monastery after blowing open the door with a Keg of powder. After Fenkenstrain performs the 'surgery', you confront Mi-Gor, who summons the Barrelchest (Level 190) boss. Defeating it completes the quest.

Barrelchest (Level 190) uses only Melee but hits very hard (max hit >20). It drains Prayer faster than usual and can disable prayers. Safespotting with Range/Mage is highly recommended. Melee requires high stats, good gear, food, and potentially prayer potions.
