Haunted Mine takes place in the Abandoned Mine south-west of Mort Myre Swamp. A Zealot near the entrance tells of the mine's haunting and the Salve crystals within. To explore fully, you first pickpocket the Zealot's Key. Enter the mine via a cart tunnel shortcut (requires 15 Agility) or the main entrance. Navigate the maze-like upper levels, avoiding aggressive Skeletal Miners and Possessed Pickaxes. On the fourth level, you must solve a complex mine cart puzzle using levers and a track map to transport a Glowing fungus (required for light later) to a specific exit point. Retrieve the fungus, then navigate further to a flooded section. Using the Zealot's Key on a water valve, power up a lift while racing a mischievous ghost. Descend into the final chamber, where you must defeat the ghost of Treus Dayth (Level 95), the mine's guardian, while dodging dangerous environmental hazards (moving carts, cranes, flying pickaxes). Finally, use a Chisel (35 Crafting required) on the crystal outcrop to obtain a Salve shard.
