The Awakened Whisperer is a significantly harder version fought using an Awakener's Orb on her altar, with faster attacks, more damaging specials, and potentially altered mechanics. Specific CAs require beating this version.
Insanity builds up through failed mechanics or specific attacks. High insanity reverses prayer/movement controls. CAs often require keeping insanity low (perfect mechanics) or managing the reversed controls flawlessly. Bringing Sanity restoration items (Sanfew Serum) might be needed but potentially disallowed for certain CAs.
