About the OSRS Mad Angel Challenge

The Mad Angel is the repeatable boss unlocked at the end of Fallen From Grace, fought in the cathedral beneath Wyrmscraig. She's a mid-level encounter aimed at players who already have a Fire Cape, and she drops the Hallowfell, a 75 Attack greatsword that cleaves up to two extra targets. Our players farm her manually with crush setups so you skip the learning curve and keep the loot.

Required Items (Provided by You)

Ensure access to main gear & untradeables.

  • Crush Weapon (Inquisitor's mace BIS, Abyssal bludgeon strong 2h alternative, Zombie axe budget option)
  • Melee Gear with solid Magic defence (Inquisitor's armour ideal for crush, Bandos/Torva otherwise)
  • Prayer Potions / Super Restores
  • Super Combat Potions
  • High-healing Food (+ Karambwans)
  • Slayer Ring or Necklace of Passage for fast re-entry
  • Boss Teleport Scrolls (once obtained, for instant returns)

Important Note: Requires completion of Fallen From Grace for access to the repeatable encounter. Crush-weak boss, so bring crush gear. Three telegraphed mechanics with mandatory prayer switching between Melee and Magic. Slayer Ring teleports directly to Wyrmscraig's cavern; Necklace of Passage lands you south of the Sunstone mine. Client provides gear and supplies.

FAQ's: OSRS Mad Angel Service

Yes, 100%. Every kill is done manually by experienced PvMers who have learned her full attack rotation. No bots, ever.
You must have completed Fallen From Grace, which itself needs 62 Sailing, 60 Crafting, 53 Mining, 47 Runecraft and Pandemonium. If you haven't done it yet, we can complete the quest as part of the same order.
She has three telegraphed attacks. When she draws her sword back slowly, pray Melee and step behind her. When she launches a spiky ball, run to the exact tile it lands on to avoid the heavy hit. When she charges a blue light attack, swap to Protect from Magic on the tick it lands. Jagex pitched her as the natural next step after a Fire Cape, so she's a mid-level fight, not an endgame one.
This is a crush fight. The Inquisitor's mace is the top option, with the Abyssal bludgeon as a strong two-handed alternative and the Zombie axe as an excellent budget pick. Inquisitor's armour pushes crush damage further if you have it.
The Hallowfell is a two-handed sword needing 75 Attack. Every swing cleaves up to two additional nearby targets, which makes it the strongest melee weapon in the game against three monsters at once. Excellent for multi-target Slayer and stacked-mob content.
No. Hallowfell, the boss jar and the pet are RNG drops like any other OSRS unique. Jagex has not published the drop rates yet (they've said roughly two weeks after release). We guarantee kill count, not specific uniques.
Congratulations! Any pet that drops during your order is 100% yours to keep, at no extra cost.
Yes. Ironmen just need to supply the melee gear, food and prayer potions themselves. Nothing about the encounter is trade-restricted beyond the usual account rules.
