Yes, 100%. All kills are performed manually by players familiar with Sarachnis's mechanics. The location is not in the Wilderness.
There are no strict quest or skill requirements, but accessing the Forthos Dungeon is necessary. Good Melee stats (70+) and a Crush weapon are highly recommended for efficiency. Bring an antidote!
Using a Crush weapon is key. The Sarachnis Cudgel itself, Leaf-Bladed Battleaxe, or Dragon Warhammer/Mace work well. Protect from Missiles prayer blocks her Ranged attacks, making the fight much easier.
The Sarachnis Cudgel (~1/384) and Giant Egg Sac (Pet Sraracha, ~1/3000) are based on OSRS RNG. We cannot guarantee these specific drops. We guarantee the *number of kills* performed.
Besides the pet version, Sarachnis also drops stacks of 'Giant egg sac(s)' which can be sold opened for 100 Red spinders' eggs.
