You need level 70 in Agility, Construction, Farming, Herblore, Hunter, Mining, Smithing, and Woodcutting. The OSRS Wiki confirms these are required to start and cannot be boosted.
An extensive list is required, including specific armours (Steel set, Mourner gear), dyes, skilling tools (hammer, saw, pickaxe, axe, spade, chisel, pestle & mortar), various materials (silk, runite bar, limestone bricks, cabbage, nature rune, etc.), an Adamant chainbody (consumed), and potentially specific seeds/leaves. Yes, BUT it is extremely demanding. Ironmen MUST provide all required combat gear (potentially multiple styles), a large stock of high-tier food and potions (brews, restores, stamina, antipoison), and all gatherable/craftable materials like the Runite bar, Limestone bricks, dyes, Cadantine seed, specific flowers/leaves, Wine of Zamorak/brew etc.
