The Leviathan is the ranged boss of Desert Treasure II, fought in the Scar. It drops the Venator vestige (for the Venator ring), Virtus robe pieces, the Leviathan's lure and the Lil'viathan pet. We offer hand-played kills of both Normal and Awakened versions. Requires the Desert Treasure II quest.

Leviathan Service Requirements

Important Note: Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire must be complete. The Leviathan is a solo fight, so your account needs high Ranged and gear to survive it. Stamina potions are recommended; a shadow spell on the Ancient spellbook is useful for stuns. You provide gear and supplies for the kills. Awakened kills also need an Awakener's orb per attempt.

Leviathan Strategy Notes

The Leviathan is a Ranged fight in The Scar, reached through the Catalytic Guardian in the Temple of the Eye, and it needs the Ancient Magicks spellbook for its stun mechanic. It fires volleys of coloured orbs from its pool: blue is Protect from Magic, green is Protect from Missiles, orange is Protect from Melee, and you pray before impact. Each volley gets faster, down to one attack per tick, and the only way to reset that speed is to cast any Shadow spell, which stuns it for nine seconds. While it is stunned damage is capped at 10 from the front but heavily boosted from its backside, so the cycle is: range and pray, stun before the speed becomes unmanageable, run behind and unload, then move away to dodge the special that follows every stun. Lightning is dodged by running a tight circle around the boss; the smoke blast is dodged by moving one tile after each piece of debris and hiding behind the fallen debris for the final blast. Never stand adjacent to the pool, where it can bite through prayer.

Below 180 HP the Abyssal Pathfinder appears and you must stay inside its moving 5x5 area, which gives perfect accuracy and a raised minimum hit while orbs come at a fixed two-tick pace. Twisted Bow, Zaryte Crossbow or a Bow of Faerdhinen with Masori or Crystal armour are the standard setups, with Ruby and Diamond bolts on crossbows and a Blowpipe for the enrage. A perfect kill grants 50% more standard loot. Is the The Leviathan service safe?

Here is what safe means with us. Every order is played by hand by one vetted trainer on RuneLite, with no automation of any kind, and to date no account has been banned for work we did. That is a track record, not a guarantee. Your login details are seen by your trainer only and deleted when the order is done.

What is the quest requirement?

You must have completed Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire. That unlocks the Scar and the post-quest version of The Leviathan that can be fought repeatedly.

What counts as one kill?

One completed fight against The Leviathan (Normal or Awakened, whichever you ordered). Drops land in the arena as normal and stay on your account. Your private live view shows the fight while your trainer is playing.

Are the Venator vestige, Virtus or Leviathan's lure drops guaranteed?

No. Drops follow OSRS drop rates, which we cannot change. The Leviathan rolls its unique table about 1 in 96 per kill (3 in 96 when Awakened). A hit on that table is a Virtus piece (any of the three), the Leviathan's lure, chromium ingots, or progress towards the Venator vestige: the vestige needs three hidden rolls, shown by gold ring drops, before it appears. You are paying for the kills, not for a specific drop.

Do you offer Awakened The Leviathan kills?

Yes. The Awakened version is much harder: higher stats, faster and enhanced mechanics, immune to stat drains, and the Slayer helmet bonus does not apply. It rolls the unique table roughly three times as often. Awakened fights need an Awakener's orb, a drop from any of the four bosses. You supply the orbs from your own bank; one is consumed per attempt and the game does not return it if the attempt fails. If an attempt fails, we retry at no extra charge for the kill; the consumed orb is the one cost that stays with you.

What gear and stats do I need?

High Ranged with a Twisted Bow or Bow of Faerdhinen and Masori is fastest; a Dragon Hunter Crossbow setup works for Normal kills. Awakened Leviathan needs top-end gear and stats. Tell us your setup on live chat and we quote the exact job.

What happens if the Lil'viathan pet drops?

Yes. If Lil'viathan drops during your order, it is yours to keep, like every other drop.
