Bundle Goal: Mudfoot's Big Adventure

Mudfoot's Big Adventure is a free-to-play Novice quest from OSRS Quest Month. It starts with Captain Harlan outside the Lumbridge General Store, who offers a bounty on the thieves behind a robbery, with the goblins across the River Lum as the main suspects. Mudfoot, a goblin with big ambitions, insists his people are innocent and lets you tag along as his sidekick. Together you track down three outlaws around Lumbridge, with fights near the windmill, by the H.A.M. hideout and at the graveyard. The quest doubles as an introduction to the combat triangle, ending with an outlaw who prays Protect from Melee, so you will want Magic or Ranged to finish him. Report back to Harlan to complete the quest.

How long does Mudfoot's Big Adventure take to complete?

Jagex rates it Very Short. Expect around 10-15 minutes, including the walking around Lumbridge and all three outlaw fights.

Are there any requirements for Mudfoot's Big Adventure?

There are no quest or skill requirements. The one catch is the final outlaw, who prays Protect from Melee, so that fight calls for Magic or Ranged. You do not need to bring your own gear for it: a shortbow and arrows, or a staff and runes, can be picked up after the earlier fights.

Can free-to-play accounts use this service?

Yes. It is a free-to-play quest set entirely around Lumbridge, so your account does not need membership.

Which skills can the combat lamps be used on?

Any combat skill, including Prayer. You get four lamps worth 500 XP each, so 2,000 XP in total. Tell us where you want it when you order.

Is this quest worth doing on a new account?

Yes. Jagex built it with newer players in mind, and 2,000 XP you can place wherever you like goes a long way at low combat levels.
