1. Understanding the Fang's Double Accuracy Roll

Normally, your chance to hit is calculated once based on your attack bonus vs the monster's defence. The Fang changes this:

It makes a first accuracy roll. If it succeeds, you hit.
If the first roll fails, it instantly makes a second accuracy roll using the same calculation. If this roll succeeds, you hit.
You only miss if both rolls fail.

The Result: Your chance of missing becomes (Miss Chance) * (Miss Chance). This drastically increases your overall hit chance, especially when your base accuracy isn't great.
