Cold War is the first quest in the Penguin series. Larry at the Ardougne Zoo suspects the penguins are up to something and asks you to investigate. This involves traveling to the Iceberg north of Rellekka, using your Crafting, Construction and Magic skills to create a Clockwork suit disguise, infiltrating the penguin base (KGP headquarters), learning their secret language, and reporting back. Success unlocks the Penguin Agility Course and further penguin quests.
