Elemental Workshop I takes place in the workshop building south of the Seers' Village bank. Reading a book there reveals clues about a hidden workshop. You'll need a Battered key (dropped by level 19 Skeletons in Barbarian Village or bought), find a hidden wall, descend into the workshop, and solve a series of puzzles involving water wheels, bellows, lava troughs, and machinery to smelt a unique Elemental metal bar and forge it into an Elemental Shield.
