Requires preparation, especially for the last two. Safespotting/Protection prayers are useful.
Mix Toadflax potion (unf) with Pharmakos berries (found outside Makeover Mage). Drink the potion while wearing no items except optionally a goblin mail (which is required to enter certain areas).
