It typically takes around 30-45 minutes. This includes finding the elves in Isafdar, visiting Glarial's Tomb for a restricted combat encounter, and then travelling to the Waterfall Dungeon for the final step.

You must have completed Regicide, Underground Pass, Biohazard, Plague City, and Waterfall Quest. While 56 Agility is useful for navigating Tirannwn without charter ships, it is not strictly required to start the quest. You must be able to defeat a Level 84 Moss Guardian unarmed.
