You MUST bring and wear the full Ghostly robes set, a Ring of visibility, and a Ghostspeak amulet to interact with the ghosts. Morytania legs do NOT work as a substitute for the Ghostspeak amulet here. You also need 40 coins for a bribe, and combat gear/food for the final fight.
You fight the ghost of Bouncer (Level 160). The key challenge is that Prayer *cannot* be used during this fight. Decent combat stats (60+ recommended), armour, and food are necessary. He can be safespotted.
Yes, some potential scout locations (e.g., near Chaos Temple, Graveyard of Shadows) are in the Wilderness. Travel with caution and be aware of potential Player Killers. Consider doing these parts on less populated or F2P worlds if applicable for the location, though you still need members items equipped.
