It's a short Intermediate quest, usually taking 20-30 minutes. It involves navigating the Tree Gnome Maze (or being guided through), gathering logs, finding trackers, operating a ballista, and two combat encounters.
There are no skill or quest requirements to start. However, you need the ability to defeat a level 112 Khazard Warlord. A combat level of 45+ is recommended.
You need 6 normal Logs (or an axe to cut them; axes can drop from goblins in the maze but this is slow), combat equipment, and food. Stamina potions are helpful.
You briefly fight level 48 Khazard commanders (easy) and a level 112 Khazard Warlord. The Warlord can be challenging for lower levels but has several safespots available and is susceptible to flinching.
The primary reward is access to the Spirit Tree transportation network, allowing fast travel between various locations in Gielinor. You also get a significant amount of Attack XP and the Gnome amulet.
